​What makes Georgia’s 1st Congressional District so unique is that it’s home to six National Wildlife Refuges — the most of any district in the continental United States.  Only Alaska holds more within a single district.  We have two primary goals.  

 

Goal One: Stop the Okefenokee Swamp from being turned over to the United Nations’ UNESCO program.

Goal Two: Secure funding for our six refuges.

NWR Special Events

Matt has taken over 75 kids with cancer or other Health Problems hunting.  He has carried even more veterans.  

getting people back to Taking Care of nature is critical for humanity, but even Moreso for our planet's ecosystem.  matt has a plan for that by using National Wildlife Refuges.
